Your institution applies to EMGS on your behalf

Visa Approval Letter sent within 14 working days of a complete application with payment

Approach Malaysian High Commission in your home country to obtain entry visa

Make your travel arragements and inform the institution of your arrival details

Upon arrival meet the institution and provide passport to them

Attend Medical Screening within 7 day working days

Receives Student Pass endorsement within Passport and Medical Insurance Cover
